Pronoobus Deliwick is an outlaw from Arkhyze. He is known as the "Mad Mage" and is wanted for numerous crimes throughout the region. Pronoobus had been known as an eccentric tinkerer prior to the expansion of the Arkhyze Empire into the east. Pronoobus was a vocal critic of the empire's expansion and opposed their rule publicly. He quickly came under scrutiny by the new regional rulers who saw no way of coercing, suppressing, or subduing him. As a result, they issued a writ declaring Pronoobus a criminal and seized all of his property and belongings. They were unable to capture and detain Pronoobus himself and since then he's been subverting them through various channels.
